(Baonghean.vn) - On December 1st, the delegation of National Assembly deputies from Nghe An province, constituency number 2, included the following gentlemen:Tran Van Hang - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly; Major General Nguyen Sy Hoi -The Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 and Ms.Nguyen Thi Hai -Teachers at Ky Tan Primary School, Tan Ky DistrictMeeting with voters in Que Phong and Quy Chau districts.

In the morning, at Cam Muon commune, Que Phong district, the delegation met with voters from three communes: Quang Phong, Cam Muon, and Chau Thon, Que Phong district. At the beginning of the meeting, delegate Tran Van Hang briefly informed the voters about the main contents of the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly.

At the conference, voters from the three communes proposed the need for continued support in providing various types of rice seeds to poor households; the need to promptly issue certificates of land use rights for forestry land to the people for convenient management and use; continued support in providing cement to villages for people to build rural roads; and requested the Provincial People's Committee to pay attention to, survey, and invest in the construction of a dam and irrigation canals to bring water from Khe Que stream to irrigate the rice fields in Cam Muon commune.

Mr. Tran Van Hang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Chairman of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee, responded to the voters' petition.

Voters also expressed their desire for the State to implement the construction of suspension bridges across the river in some villages of Quang Phong commune; to continue investing in the construction of more classrooms for Quang Phong 2 kindergarten and primary school; to expedite the compensation and land clearance process for the construction of the flood bypass road; and to continue investing in the emergency flood relocation project in Chieng village, Quang Phong commune, to the new Pieng Huong resettlement area.

Later that same day,In Chau Thang commune, National Assembly deputies met with voters from the communes of Chau Tien, Chau Thang, Chau Binh, and Chau Thuan in Quy Chau district.

During the meeting, voters focused their opinions on key issues such as the need to strengthen social policies for poor households, health insurance for communes in particularly difficult areas; and the need for targeted and focused support for plant and animal breeds to ensure sustainable poverty alleviation for poor households in Zone 135.

In addition, the State needs to increase allowances for commune-level positions such as: Party Committee Office; Deputy Commune Police Chief…; focus on building basic infrastructure; upgrade and repair dilapidated health stations in some communes; and build clean water facilities for the people in Chau Tien, Chau Thang…

At voter outreach events, National Assembly deputies received and addressed some of the voters' concerns; they will also compile and report these to relevant levels, sectors, and the National Assembly.
