Thoroughly grasp the Government's Decrees on the implementation of the 2013 Land Law
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 21, in Vinh city, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment held a conference to disseminate the Government's Decrees on the implementation of the 2013 Land Law.
Attending the conference were leaders, officers and civil servants of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of districts, cities and towns; officers of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the District Land Use Registration Office. Comrade Bui Sy Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Policy and Legislation, General Department of Land Management, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment directly communicated the decrees.

The 2013 Land Law was passed by the 13th National Assembly on November 29, 2013 and took effect from July 1, 2014, comprising 14 chapters and 212 articles. The 2013 Land Law has demonstrated the practicality of implementing the 2003 Land Law, based on the study of appropriate international experiences; in particular, it has fully institutionalized the viewpoints and orientations for innovation in land policies and laws in the spirit of Resolution No. 19/NQ-TW of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) and expressed the will and aspirations of the majority of the people.
In order for the Land Law to soon come into effect and have a profound impact on the country's politics, economy, society and environment, the Government has issued Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law; Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP on land prices; Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP regulating compensation and resettlement support when the State reclaims land.

At the conference, delegates listened to comrade Bui Sy Dung convey the basic contents of 3 Decrees of the Government on the implementation of the 2013 Land Law. In which, he emphasized the regulations on the authority and responsibility of agencies performing tasks and functions related to land; in principle, planning and land use must be ensured with the planning of sectors and fields; ensure the connection with specific planning of each locality and regional connection, ensuring sustainable development. Land management depends on the annual land use plan that has been developed. General regulations on registration of land use rights and assets on land and specific cases, certification of assets on land....
