Thoroughly grasp the Law amending and supplementing the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 25, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department held a conference to disseminate and train the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement for enforcement officers, examiners, and members of the provincial civil judgment enforcement steering committee.
Attending the event were Dr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, representatives of relevant departments, branches, and bailiff offices.

The Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement was passed by the 13th National Assembly at its 8th session and will officially take effect from July 1, 2015. This is an important legal document, creating a solid legal basis for civil judgment enforcement agencies to better perform their duties in judicial activities in general and in the process of organizing the enforcement of court judgments and decisions in particular.
