Thoroughly understand the Law amending and supplementing the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 25th, the Civil Enforcement Department organized a conference to disseminate and train on the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Enforcement for enforcement officers, inspectors, and members of the provincial civil enforcement steering committee.
Attending the event were Dr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, representatives from relevant departments and agencies, and bailiff offices.

The Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement was passed by the 13th National Assembly at its 8th session and will officially come into effect on July 1, 2015. This is an important legal document, creating a solid legal basis for civil judgment enforcement agencies to better perform their duties in judicial activities in general and in the process of organizing the enforcement of court judgments and decisions in particular.

The conference focused on several key aspects of the amended and supplemented Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement, including: the plan for implementing the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement; new points in the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement; and the role of people's courts and people's procuracies in civil judgment enforcement work.
