Implementing Resolution 37 on theoretical work in the new situation.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 11, 2015, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department organized a nationwide online conference on studying, understanding, and implementing Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated October 9, 2014, of the Politburo on "Theoretical work and research orientation until 2030". Attending and presiding over the conference at the Hanoi location was Comrade Dinh The Huynh - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

At the Nghe An branch, Comrade Tran Hong Chau – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council – presided over the meeting. Also participating were representatives from several departments and agencies, as well as representatives from the Standing Committee, the Propaganda Department, and the Political Centers of districts, cities, and towns throughout the province.

Comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presided over the conference.

Comrade Dinh The Huynh personally introduced the Resolution from the Hanoi location.

At the conference, following the opening remarks, Comrade Dinh The Huynh – Head of the Central Propaganda Department – ​​directly conveyed the spirit of the Resolution. In addition to outlining the current state of theoretical research, he emphasized the significance and importance of issuing the new Resolution for theoretical work in the current period; and the process of discussing, developing, and finalizing the draft Resolution for submission to the Central Committee and the Politburo for approval. Essentially, Resolution No. 37 comprises three parts: an assessment of the results and current state of theoretical research; the principles and tasks of theoretical work and the main research directions from now until 2030; and key measures to promote theoretical work from now until 2030.

Representatives from the Propaganda Departments of various ministries, agencies, and districts/cities attended the online conference.

Based on the synthesis and incorporation of opinions expressed by representatives of the Propaganda Departments of provinces, cities, and units, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department delivered a concluding speech emphasizing the key tasks of theoretical research; at the same time, assigning tasks to localities and units to continue organizing research, implementation, and dissemination of Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW in their respective agencies and units, based on the plan and guidance of the Central Propaganda Department.
