Implementing Resolution No. 5 of the Central Committee (11th term)
This morning, August 14th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held a conference to study, understand, and implement the basic contents of the documents of the 5th Conference (11th Term) of the Central Committee of the Party for nearly 400 comrades, including members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, secretaries and deputy secretaries of grassroots Party committees, heads and deputy heads of agencies and units under the Party Committee of the Bloc, chairmen of the Party Committee's inspection committees at the grassroots level, rapporteurs of the Party Committee of the Bloc, rapporteurs of the 71 grassroots Party organizations, and officials of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, August 14th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held a conference to study, understand, and implement the basic contents of the documents of the 5th Conference (11th Term) of the Central Committee of the Party for nearly 400 comrades, including members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, secretaries and deputy secretaries of grassroots Party committees, heads and deputy heads of agencies and units under the Party Committee of the Bloc, chairmen of the Party Committee's inspection committees at the grassroots level, rapporteurs of the Party Committee of the Bloc, rapporteurs of the 71 grassroots Party organizations, and officials of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
Comrade Nguyen Trong Chan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, directly disseminated the Resolution.
The delegates heard the contents of the Resolution of the 5th Conference of the Central Committee (11th Term): Resolution “Some issues on social policy for the period 2012-2020”. Conclusion on the review of the implementation of the 1992 Constitution and some basic contents that need to be amended and supplemented. Conclusion on the review of the implementation of Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (9th Term) on continuing to innovate land policies and laws in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country. Conclusion on some issues on wages, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious people and reform orientation until 2020. Conclusion on continuing to implement Resolution No. 3 of the Central Committee (10th Term) on “Strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste”. Plan for implementing the Resolution and Conclusions of the 5th Conference of the Central Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
The delegates also received Resolution 09-NQ/TU dated March 13, 2012, of the Provincial Party Committee on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations" and Resolution 01-NQ/DU dated December 12, 2011, of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members".
Following this conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc directed the affiliated grassroots party organizations to disseminate the Resolution and Conclusions of the 5th Plenum of the Central Executive Committee, as well as Resolutions 09-NQ/TU and 01-NQ/DU, to all cadres and party members, to be completed before August 30, 2012.
