Implementing Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th Congress)
On the morning of August 10th, the Party Committee of Vinh University organized a conference to disseminate and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 7th Conference of the Central Committee of the 11th Party Congress for all cadres and Party members of the Party organization. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa - Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the university - chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates studied and thoroughly understood two resolutions and three conclusions of the 7th Central Committee Conference on: the Resolution on Strengthening and Renewing the Party's Leadership over Mass Mobilization Work in the New Situation; Proactively Responding to Climate Change, Strengthening Resource Management and Environmental Protection; the Conclusion of the 11th Central Committee on Continuing to Improve the Political System from the Central to the Grassroots Level; on Receiving Public Opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution; Some Issues Regarding the Reform of Wage Policies, Social Insurance, and Preferential Allowances for Meritorious Individuals and the Reform Orientation to 2020; and the Results After One Year of Implementing Resolution No. 4 of the 11th Central Committee on "Some Urgent Issues Regarding Party Building Today".
The conference provided time for delegates to discuss and contribute ideas to the draft programs and actions of the Party Committee of Vinh University, and to agree on the tasks set for the coming period. The Party Committee of the university will focus on raising awareness and responsibility among cadres, Party members, and the masses regarding the role and position of mass mobilization work in the new situation; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; caring for the building of organizations and innovating the working methods of the mass mobilization system and mass organizations; and requiring Party organizations and cadres and Party members to register at least one good mass mobilization work or model in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh.
The university also promotes emulation movements among its staff, Party members, and students. These movements focus on improving the quality of education; promoting scientific research closely linked to practical applications; and promptly addressing suggestions and proposals from the public, contributing to the development of Vinh University into a key national university.
