On the morning of August 10, the Party Committee of Vinh University held a conference to disseminate and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 7th meeting of the 11th Party Central Committee for cadres and party members of the entire Party Committee. At the conference, delegates studied and thoroughly grasped 2 resolutions and 3 conclusions of the 7th Central Conference on: Resolution on Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work in the new situation; Proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection. Conclusion of the 11th Central Executive Committee on continuing to perfect the political system from the Central to the grassroots level; on receiving people's opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution; Some issues on reforming salary policies, social insurance, preferential allowances for people with meritorious services and reform orientations until 2020; Results after 1 year of implementing Resolution 4 of the 11th Central Committee (term XI) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present".
The conference devoted time for delegates to discuss and contribute ideas to the draft programs and actions of the Vinh University Party Committee, agreeing on the tasks set for the coming time. The school's Party Committee focused on raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and the masses about the role and position of mass mobilization work in the new situation; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; taking care of building the organization, innovating the operation methods of the mass mobilization system and mass organizations; requiring party organizations and cadres and party members to register at least one job or one skillful mass mobilization model in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh.
The school also promotes emulation movements among cadres, party members and students. It focuses on improving training quality; promoting scientific research closely linked to practice; promptly resolving recommendations and proposals from the masses..., contributing to building Vinh University into a national key school.
