10,000 VND sticky rice shop, open 24/7
Hanoians have a habit of eating sticky rice for breakfast, however, night sticky rice stalls also have a special attraction for young people. Hiep Hoa sticky rice stall on De La Thanh street not only has a unique fried sticky rice dish but is also a rare address open all night, ready to serve all customers at the most "unfortunate" hours.

The fragrant white sticky rice is flattened into a round cake the size of two hands, then fried in a pan with oil so that the crust is golden brown but the inside is not hard and does not absorb too much oil. The sticky rice is cut into bite-sized pieces. Customers can eat it with dried pork floss, braised meat, braised eggs, sausages, fried sausages… and of course, a plate of pickled vegetables is indispensable on the side.
A cheerful student joked that whenever he was broke, he would come here because spending only 10,000 VND for a plate of sticky rice with pork floss was enough to fill him up. On days when he had more money, he could order braised chicken with mushrooms to go with it. This is quite a prominent dish of the restaurant and goes very well with fried sticky rice. The chicken broth is poured over the crispy sticky rice crust, very delicious and you only have to pay about 10,000 VND more for each side dish.

The owner said enthusiastically: "I've been in business for 30 years, and I've been serving fried sticky rice for nearly 25 years, frying continuously from morning to night without stopping. You can still come out and eat at 3am."
Although it has been around in Hanoi for a long time, not everyone has ever had the chance to enjoy fried sticky rice. Many people are afraid that fried food is easy to get sick of, and the elderly find it difficult to eat because it sticks to their teeth. Although it is a picky dish, when people mention fried sticky rice, they immediately think of the popular sticky rice shop on De La Thanh street. On cool days, fried sticky rice is an even more perfect choice.
If you are not interested in this rather strange sticky rice dish, customers can still choose to eat regular hot sticky rice at the restaurant at a reasonable price, about 30,000 VND for a full portion.
