Quang Nam spends 60 billion VND on V.League 2018
On the morning of March 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, the sponsorship agreement was signed between the defending champion Quang Nam and the number 1 real estate information channel in Vietnam. Both sides refused to disclose the value of the sponsorship package for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. However, the leader of the Quang Nam team revealed that the team's operating budget in 2018 was 60 billion VND.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Le Xuan Truong, representative of the sponsor, shared: “Dai Viet and Quang Nam have the opportunity to cooperate with each other when the team refused many other invitations to match us. Part of the decision to accompany Quang Nam was inspired by U23 Vietnam. We also hope that there will be many units accompanying Vietnamese football to support and promote further development.”
Talking to the media, CEO Nguyen Hup refused to disclose the value of the sponsorship package for 2 years 2018 and 2019. However, Mr. Hup revealed that the budget for Quang Nam to operate in the 2018 season is up to 60 billion VND. This is really a large number in the current context of V.League football teams.
In response to the news that an airline had sponsored the Quang Nam football team with about 20 billion VND, Mr. Hup affirmed: “There were at least 3 partners who negotiated with us, but batdongsan.com.vn was the final choice and had its brand attached to the shirt.” Also at the ceremony, the leadership of the Quang Nam Club affirmed that the team did not set a specific goal but only strived and was determined to win the highest position.
