The colors and scents of Spring are joyfully filling the entire country with faith and hope: Spring of Mau Tuat 2018 - A joyful spring bringing prosperity and happiness!

The year of Dinh Dau 2017 has ended with many difficulties, along with suffering many losses due to extreme weather and climate change...; however, from the hardships, the bravery, the qualities of overcoming difficulties, the steadfastness and determination of the people of Nghe An shine brighter. The Party Committee and the people of the province continue to reap success and comprehensive victory. More than ever, the spirit of solidarity, unity and unanimity is highly promoted to raise the position of the homeland to new heights.

Welcoming the Spring of Mau Tuat 2018, Nghe An, along with the whole country, is excited to welcome the Communist Party of Vietnam into its 88th Spring.
