In 2014, the entire Que Phong district had 2,910 households achieving the title of "Excellent Production and Business." The quality and effectiveness of the movement are increasingly developing, with the emergence of many large-scale production and business models generating tens of billions of dong in revenue and attracting many laborers. Outstanding models in various economic fields include: raising buffaloes, cows, wild boars, small pigs, black chickens (Aac chickens), kneeling-legged ducks, porcupines, soft-shelled turtles, and parrot-billed turtles; integrated VACR (Vegetable, Animal, and Crop) farming, passion fruit, medicinal plants such as "Mac Ca" and cardamom; trading in gold, silver, precious stones, construction materials, and general merchandise trading… Typical excellent production and business households include: Mr. Phan Van Thong, Mr. Ngo Quang Khanh, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy (Kim Son); Mr. Thai Dieu, Ms. Ngo Thi Suu, Mr. Vi Van Van (Tien Phong); Mr. Ho Dinh Khuong, Mr. Le Van Hung (Que Son); Mr. Nguyen Van Tam, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Mr. Lu Van Chien, Mr. Vi Van Du (Tri Le); Mr. Ha Van Tinh (Thong Thu); Vi Van Dien (Nam Nhoong); Lang Van Toan (Cam Muon); Luong Van Hong (Nam Giai); Nguyen Cong Tam (Chau Thon), and especially the Mong ethnic households: Tho Ba Vu, Ly No Po, Tho Giong Nu (Tri Le), each household owns 60-70 buffaloes and cows.

During the year, 842 farming households donated 20,299.66 m2 of land and contributed over 6.483 billion VND with 18,754 man-days of labor, completing the construction of 31 km of new rural roads in 13 communes, reducing the poverty rate to 38%.

At the district conference, certificates of commendation were awarded to 5 collectives and 17 individual outstanding farmers in 2014.
