(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 5, 2014, the Que Phong District Youth Union, in coordination with the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation and the Que Phong District Red Cross Society, successfully organized the 2014 Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign Launch Ceremony.

Over 300 volunteers, including youth union members, officials, civil servants, police officers, and a large number of local residents, participated.
