The delegates studied and learned the basic contents: "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration"; "Socio-economic situation in 2013 and orientations for 2014" and "Assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress on socio-economics, focusing on three strategic breakthroughs associated with economic restructuring and growth model innovation"; "Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation"; basic contents and new points of the Constitution approved by the National Assembly on November 28, 2013; implementation of Plan No. 107 dated January 13, 2013 of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.

After the Conference, grassroots Party organizations will deploy and disseminate the Resolution in their units to Party cells and widely propagate it among the people./.
