Que Phong studies and implements Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th Congress).

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 7th, the Party Committee of Que Phong district organized a conference to study and understand the Resolution of the 7th Conference of the Central Committee of the Party (11th term) for all cadres and Party members of agencies and units located in the district, as well as the secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party committees of communes and towns.

The conference heard Comrade Ho Mau Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the Que Phong District Party Committee, present a specialized topic: Strengthening and renewing the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation;

The conference also heard presentations from members of the District Party Committee Standing Committee and the Propaganda Department on topics such as: Proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection, and important conclusions on continuing to innovate and improve the political system from the central to local levels; incorporating public opinions and finalizing the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution; some issues related to salary reform, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious individuals, and reform orientations until 2020; and other important issues.

In the coming period, Que Phong will develop a practical and specific plan to implement Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th term). This will enhance the sense of responsibility of each cadre and Party member, improve mass mobilization work, strengthen the close relationship between the Party and the people, create consensus among agencies and all strata of the population; and actively contribute to environmental and resource protection, and climate change adaptation...
