According to information from officials in Tang village, Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district: In recent days, Que Phong district has experienced continuous heavy rain, causing water levels in streams to rise. On the morning of September 17th, while returning home from school, Lo Minh Dang, son of Lo Van Chung (27 years old) from Tang village, Tien Phong commune, was swept away by floodwaters while crossing a small stream.

Immediately after the incident, the family and local residents organized a search. Around noon that same day, the body of Lo Minh Dang was found 20 meters away. The family then held a funeral for him according to local customs.
