Que Phong: Presenting gifts to families of war veterans whose children are serving in the sea and islands.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 8, 2014, authorized by the Provincial Veterans Association, the Que Phong District Veterans Association organized visits and presented gifts to families of members whose relatives are serving in the offshore islands and the Coast Guard.

Mr. Quang Van Chanh, Chairman of the Veterans Association of the district, presented gifts to the families.

The Association presented gifts to the families of Lo Du Hoc, Lo Thi Hien, and Ha Van Dat, whose husbands and sons are serving on Mat Island, and to Ha Van Tuan, a Coast Guard officer working in Tam Quang, Nui Thanh, Quang Nam. Each gift package was worth 3 million VND, taken from the Border and Island Fund of the Provincial Veterans Association.
