Que Phong: Summary of military recruitment work in 2014

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 27, 2014, Que Phong district held a conference to summarize the military recruitment work in 2014 and deploy the military recruitment tasks in 2015.

The conference heard the District Military Command approve the Decision to reorganize the District Military Service Council (NVQS) in 2015; report on the results of military recruitment and assignment in 2014 and the tasks of military recruitment in 2015.

Overview of the conference summary

In 2014, the total number of youths recruited at the commune level was 357, with 178/180 (absent with reason 02) and 60 people called up for military service, achieving the assigned target of 100%. Doing a good job in the rear area and also promptly visiting fellow soldiers who have completed their military service and returned to their localities, the communes that did well were Tien Phong, Muong Noc, Que Son, Chau Kim, and Dong Van. The expected target for military recruitment in 2015 was 70 people; the expected target for the commune level recruitment was 180 people/14 communes and towns.

At the Conference, the District Emulation and Reward Council decided to award certificates of merit to 8 groups with outstanding achievements in military recruitment in 2014.
