Que Phong: Granting land use right certificates to 282 households

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 7, Que Phong district organized a ceremony to grant land use right certificates and assets attached to land to 282 households in 3 resettlement areas of the Hua Na hydropower project.

3 resettlement areas Pieng Cu, Huoi Siu - Huoi Lan, Xop Co - Nam Nien in Tien Phong commune have 283 households living from the reservoir area of ​​Hua Na Hydropower Project and 2 local households.

This time, 282 households (including Pieng Cu 137 households, Huoi Siu - Huoi Lan 114 households, Xop Co - Nam Nien 31 households) were granted Land Use Rights Certificates and assets attached to land by Que Phong district; 2 households have not yet completed the application for Land Use Rights Certificates because after drawing lots for residential land, 2 households arbitrarily moved to Dong Van commune to live, so the application has not been completed.

At the ceremony of handing over the Land Use Rights Certificate, Mr. Lang Van Minh - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee advised the households to keep the certificates carefully, avoid tearing or losing them because these are important legal documents, proving that the land and houses are the private property of the households. He also hoped that the households would use and manage their family land effectively and reasonably.
