Met on social network, lured female student to motel for sex
(Baonghean.vn) - After getting to know each other through social networks and then confessing his love, Tuyen lured two female students under 16 years old to go out, then took them to a motel and had sex.
The Vinh City Police Department is temporarily detaining Nguyen Van Tuyen (born in 1999, residing in Hung Xuan commune, Hung Nguyen district) to investigate and clarify the act of having sexual intercourse with a person from 13 to under 16 years old.

On the afternoon of March 7, Vinh City Police received a report from Ms. D.TH (residing in Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City) that her daughter, NTS (born August 22, 2003), had left home on the night of March 5, 2019 and had not returned. Just over an hour later, Mr. NTB (also residing in Nghi Phu Commune) also reported that his daughter, NMH (born 2003), had also been missing since the night of March 5, 2019.
After verifying information from relatives and friends of the victims, the police determined that the two children may have been lured away from home by bad guys. Many reconnaissance teams were sent to motels and hotels in the area and surrounding areas to find information about the two children.
In a short time, the police determined that the disappearance of S. and H. was related to Nguyen Van Tuyen. Verifying at Tuyen's locality, it was learned that the subject had left home for a long time and his current whereabouts were unknown.
After many hours of searching, on the night of March 7, the police discovered Tuyen was in Ben Thuy ward and brought him to Vinh City Police headquarters for clarification.
At the investigation agency, Tuyen initially argued that he did not know and had nothing to do with the disappearance of S. and H. But faced with much solid evidence, Tuyen was finally forced to bow his head and admit his guilt.
Tuyen said that through social media, he got to know S. After talking for a while, Tuyen confessed his love and then lured S. out. On the night of March 5, S. invited H. to meet Tuyen, and then the three went to a motel in Xuan An town, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province. All three rented a room. There, Tuyen had sexual intercourse with S.
The police took S. and H. back to their families.
