National Assembly completes vote of confidence for 48 positions

On the morning of October 25, the National Assembly listened to Head of the Delegation Work Committee Tran Van Tuy present a report summarizing the results of the delegation's discussions on issues related to the vote of confidence.

Deputies held secret ballots to vote on 48 candidates elected or approved by the National Assembly according to three levels: high confidence, confidence, and low confidence.

In the early afternoon, the vote counting committee will announce the results. The Secretary General of the National Assembly will then present a draft resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly. The National Assembly will pass the resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence.

A leader of the National Assembly Office said that at the announcement, the National Assembly invited all ministers and heads of sectors (including those who are not National Assembly members) to listen to the results.

The ballots for each block have different colors to facilitate the counting of votes. Each ballot will have 3 boxes: high confidence, confidence, low confidence. All the vote compilation and analysis of results will be done by machine.

After the voting is completed, the counting committee moves the ballot box to the ballot control area. The counting committee then reports to the National Assembly the number of ballots issued and collected.
