In the morning session, the National Assembly will hear Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on the draft Law on Cinema (amended). Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education Nguyen Dac Vinh will present the Report on the review of the draft Law on Cinema (amended).

Next, the National Assembly listened to Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on the draft Law on Emulation and Commendation (amended). Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Social Committee Nguyen Thuy Anh presented the Report on the review of the draft Law on Emulation and Commendation (amended).

Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee on Judicial Affairs Le Thi Nga presented a report on the examination of reports on the work of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; the prevention and control of crimes and law violations; and the enforcement of judgments in 2021.

After that, the National Assembly listened to the Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on anti-corruption work in 2021.
