(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 11:00 AM on January 15th, at Km 77+150 on National Highway 48, in the section passing through Lau 2 village, Chau Binh commune (Quy Chau district), a Honda motorbike with license plate 37-056F3, driven by Ha Hai Luong (born 1995) residing in Binh 1 village, Chau Binh commune, carrying Ha Hai Lam (born 1994), recklessly overtook a Ben truck with license plate 37V-3206, driven by Tran Dai Phuong (born 1984) residing in Block 15, Quy Hop town, which was traveling in the same direction.

Due to a collision with the truck, the motorbike lost control and fell, causing Ha Hai Lam to break his left leg.
