Regulations on age of candidates for admission to police schools in 2017

Currently, some social networks are posting incorrect information about the age of candidates for admission to the Police Academy in 2017.
Accordingly, there is information that the age regulation for officers in the industry is no more than 28 years old or for police conscripts no more than 24 years old (as of the exam date).
However, according to official information from the Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security, the specific age range for candidates for the Police Academy is:
Police officers in the establishment must not be over 30 years old (as of the year of recruitment), for students, not over 20 years old; for ethnic minorities, not over 22 years old (as of the year of recruitment).
For soldiers on active duty in the People's Public Security Forces, if they meet the requirements regarding working time, ethics, and have graduated from high school, they can apply to the People's Public Security Forces schools, regardless of age.
