Regulations on the selling price of clean water products.

(Baonghean) - On June 20, 2014, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 39/2014/QD-UBND regulating the selling price of clean water products (meeting standards, economic and technical norms issued by competent authorities) produced and supplied by enterprises to urban areas in Nghe An province, specifically as follows:

The prices listed above do not include environmental protection fees for domestic wastewater and drainage fees as stipulated by regulations.

The cost of raw water input, which is included in the price of clean water products mentioned above, is 630 VND/m3, and the cost of forest environmental services is 40 VND/m3.

This decision takes effect from July 1, 2014 and replaces Decision No. 05/2012/QD-UBND dated January 16, 2014 of the Provincial People's Committee on regulating the price of clean water products.
