New regulations on construction permit fees in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - At the recent 5th session, the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVII, passed a Resolution regulating construction permit fees in the province.

Accordingly, the fee for granting a license for individual housing construction of people (subject to licensing) is 50,000 VND/license, not increasing compared to the current fee level.

The fee for granting construction permits for other constructions is 150,000 VND/permit, an increase of 50,000 VND compared to the current fee. In case of adjusting or extending a construction permit, the fee is 10,000 VND/time, no increase compared to the current fee.

Organizations and individuals paying fees must declare and pay the fee once when submitting the application for a construction permit. Fee-collecting organizations must pay all collected fees to the State budget and declare and pay fees monthly, and settle fees annually in accordance with the provisions of the law on tax administration.

This Resolution replaces Resolution No. 166/2006/NQ - HDND dated December 15, 2006 of the People's Council of Nghe An province on construction permit fees in Nghe An province.
