(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 96/2014/QD-UBND dated December 18, 2014, stipulating the average area of production land for each household in the province as follows:
Scope of regulation and subjects of application:
This decision stipulates the average area of production land per household in Nghe An province to implement the policy of supporting production land according to Decision No. 755/QD-TTg dated May 20, 2013 of the Prime Minister on approving the policy of supporting housing land, production land, and clean water for poor ethnic minority households and poor households in particularly difficult communes, villages, and hamlets.
Average area of agricultural land:
1.For agricultural land: 0.30 ha/household.
2.For production forest land: 2.50 ha/household.
Implementation organization:
1. The People's Committee at the district level shall base its decision on the average area of agricultural land.For each household specified in Article 2, review and identify eligible individuals and their capital needs, compile the information, and report it to the Ethnic Affairs Committee.
2. Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee:
a) Advise the Provincial People's Committee on developing a plan to implement policies as stipulated in Joint Circular No. 04/2013/TTLT-UBDT-BTC-BTNMT dated November 18, 2013, of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs - Ministry of Finance - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, guiding the implementation of some provisions of Decision No. 755/QD-TTg dated May 20, 2013, of the Prime Minister approving the policy on supporting housing land, production land, and clean water for poor ethnic minority households and poor households in particularly difficult communes, villages, and hamlets;
b) To chair and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Finance, the People's Committees of districts and relevant units to guide and organize the implementation of this Decision.
