Quy Hop, Nghia Dan summarizes Central Resolution 3 (VIII term)

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 29, Quy Hop District Party Committee, Nghia Dan organized a conference to summarize Resolution 3 of the Central Committee (VIII term) on cadre strategy in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

After 20 years of implementing the Central Resolution 3 (VIII term), Quy Hop district has achieved a number of important results. The District Party Committee has developed and issued a specific action program, and directed organizations in the political system to develop working regulations, and Party committees and Party cells to develop implementation plans. Coordinating well working relationships, including coordinating the evaluation and comments of cadres, developing plans, reviewing, building and supplementing cadre planning for each period.

Currently, Quy Hop has 415 cadres, 11% are female, 47% are ethnic minorities, 83% are university, college and post-graduate degrees, 66% are intermediate political theory graduates, 34% are senior and bachelor's degrees. Of which, 22 cadres belong to the party, 105 cadres belong to the state, 14 cadres belong to agencies and public service units in the district, 216 cadres belong to the commune and town sectors.

From 1998 to June 2017, Quy Hop district had 1,343 cadres studying at university, college and intermediate level, 12 cadres with master's degree, an increase of nearly 75% compared to the Resolution. Political training for bachelor's degree was 80 people, intermediate level was 637 people, an increase of more than 57% compared to the Resolution. Implementing the policy of attracting cadres, Quy Hop district has received 25 students, including 3 master's degrees, 22 students graduated with honors.

The district level has developed and proposed the Provincial Party Committee to approve the planning of cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee. The total number of people planned is 22 comrades, of which 4 are female, 8 are ethnic minorities, and the ages are guaranteed according to regulations.

During the 20 years of implementing the resolution, Quy Hop district has promoted, appointed, and reappointed 468 cadres. Along with the appointment planning, the work of enforcing cadre discipline has also been seriously implemented. During the 20 years, Quy Hop has disciplined 198 cadres, including 106 reprimands, 42 warnings, 9 dismissals, and 41 expulsions.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and pointing out achievements and limitations in implementing the resolution, and at the same time proposed many positive solutions to contribute to better implementing personnel work in the spirit of Resolution 3 of the Central Committee (VIII term) in the coming time.

On this occasion, 7 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements were awarded certificates of merit by the Quy Hop District Party Committee.

Currently, over 98% of district-level officials have university or higher qualifications, 65% have intermediate, advanced and bachelor's degrees in politics. Commune-level officials have intermediate, college or university qualifications, accounting for over 95%, and over 56% have intermediate or higher political qualifications.

From 2010 to now, Nghia Dan has received 12 cadres transferred from the province, 2 comrades transferred to the province, 3 comrades transferred to the commune, 3 comrades transferred from the commune to the district... Besides, the Standing Committee of Nghia Dan District Party Committee has also introduced candidates and appointed 38 comrades at the head level, 55 comrades at the deputy head level of departments, offices, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and equivalent.

The Nghia Dan District Party Committee strives that by 2020, 100% of district-level cadres and civil servants will have a university degree or higher, and 70% will have a political intermediate degree or higher. 100% of commune-level cadres and civil servants will meet the prescribed professional qualifications.

Every year, 100% of cadres and civil servants are evaluated and classified, with 80% or more completing their tasks well. No cadres or civil servants are disciplined in any form./.
