(Baonghean.vn) - On November 25, the Quy Hop District Youth Union presented a "Pink scarf volunteer" house to the family of Nguyen Tran Minh Hieu, a 5A student at Primary School No. 2, Chau Ly Commune.

Nguyen Tran Minh Hieu's family (Choong village, Chau Ly commune) currently consists of only a mother and son living together. His mother is deaf and mute from birth, and the family's income depends solely on her salary as a hired worker. Despite the difficult circumstances, Hieu is always a good student, an exemplary member of the team, and is always active in the school's movements and team activities.
