Vietnam Education Promotion Fund awards scholarships to poor students overcoming difficulties in Nghe An province
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 4, the Vietnam Education Promotion Fund awarded scholarships to poor students in Nghe An province and presented gifts to the provincial Education Promotion Association.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, there were comrades: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President, President of the Association; Le Manh Hung - Vice President and General Secretary of the Association; Pham Thi Hoe - Vice President of the Association; Nguyen Hong Son - Vice President of the Association.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education.
At the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education and leaders of the Association awarded 100 million VND in scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties in Nghe An province.
