What is the real power of Kim Jong-un's sister?
Although not on the list of 30 official and alternate members of the Politburo of the Workers' Party of Korea, it is likely that the power of Kim Yo-Jong, sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, has not been diminished.
According to an official from the South Korean Ministry of Unification (January 25), although Ms. Kim Yo-Jong, the younger sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, is not on the list of 30 official and alternate members of the Politburo of the Workers' Party of Korea, her political status and actual power have not been diminished.

This assessment was made on the basis that Ms. Kim Yo-Jong is still among the first 20 people in the diplomatic protocol of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
