Decision to prosecute the case of producing fake shampoo of exclusive brand
The Economic Police Department of Hue City Police has verified and clarified that, in just a short time, Nguyen Thi Loan masterminded and colluded with Tran Quang Nam and Pham Hoai Bao to organize a production line of fake shampoos bearing the exclusive brand of a business in Ho Chi Minh City.
On the evening of September 26, the Economic Police Department of Hue City Police announced that the City Police Department's Investigation Police Agency had just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and ban 3 subjects from leaving their place of residence, including Nguyen Thi Loan (born in 1989, residing at 49 Xuan Hoa, Kim Long Ward, Hue City); Tran Quang Nam (born in 2003, residing in Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City) and Pham Hoai Bao (born in 1992, residing in Quang Ngai Province) to investigate the act of producing and trading counterfeit goods.

Previously, the Economic Police Department of Hue City Police inspected a house at Lane 5, Alley 22, Nguyen Phuc Lan Street, Kim Long Ward (Hue City), and discovered that Nguyen Thi Loan was organizing the production and packaging of many goods with signs of counterfeiting.

During the investigation, the Hue City Police Department clarified that in a short period of time, Nguyen Thi Loan was the mastermind, colluding with Tran Quang Nam and Pham Hoai Bao to organize a closed counterfeit goods production line.

The subjects ordered floating raw materials, equipped machines, printed stamps, and fake packaging of grapefruit shampoo and conditioner brand of a company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. This product has been registered for exclusive protection by the company.
With this trick, the subjects produced 904 fake shampoo bottles, with a total value calculated based on the real goods of about 108 million VND.
At the warehouse and place of production of counterfeit goods of the subjects, the police seized a large quantity of counterfeit shampoo, a number of machines and shampoo bottles, packaging, and labels used by the subjects to produce counterfeit goods.
