On the afternoon of July 24, the Congress of Delegates of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, term III, 2020 - 2025 continued its working program with the discussion and voting to pass the Resolution of the Congress of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, term III, 2020 - 2025 and closed the congress.

The Congress of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, term III, 2020 - 2025, expressed the determination to build Thai Hoa town into a type III urban area by 2025, a green, clean, beautiful, safe and livable urban area, an economic, cultural and social center of the Northwest region of Nghe An.

The Congress continued to discuss and contribute to the Political Report, Review Report, and draft Resolution of the 3rd Town Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Besides, it is important to pay attention to doing a good job of propaganda, politics and ideology among cadres, party members and people, creating consensus for common development.

Along with that, it is important to focus on solutions to ensure political security, social order and safety, create a stable environment, and contribute to socio-economic development in the area.

The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the 3rd Congress of the Town Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025. Accordingly, the general goal was determined: Strengthening the building of a truly clean and strong Party Committee, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; building a streamlined, effective and efficient political system.

Promoting internal strength, attracting and effectively using all resources, creating breakthroughs, developing the economy quickly and sustainably; preserving and promoting cultural values, building Thai Hoa town's people to meet the requirements of development tasks in the new situation.

Continue to maintain national defense, security, social order and safety; improve people's material and spiritual life.

3 development breakthroughs for Thai Hoa town

The breakthroughs of the 2020 - 2025 term were identified by the Congress:

- Strengthen investment attraction associated with effective implementation of planning management and construction of synchronous and modern infrastructure; in which, focusing on attracting investment to develop industrial clusters, new urban areas, and types of trade and services in the town associated with economic development in the Northwest Nghe An and South Thanh - North Nghe regions.

- Promote administrative reform, especially reform of administrative procedures in the fields of planning, investment, basic construction, land management, and finance in a simple and convenient manner for people and businesses; build a streamlined government apparatus at all levels, operating effectively and efficiently, overcoming the phenomenon of overlapping functions and tasks.

Along with that is promoting the application of science and technology. Identifying this as an important driving force to develop modern production forces, knowledge economy, improve productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy, protect the environment, ensure national defense and security.

- Develop human resources to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation, including innovating thinking, proposing solutions to increase investment in education, training, and vocational training; focusing on career guidance and orientation for students; contributing to the formation of a qualified workforce to meet the development requirements of the town, the province, and the region.

Along with that, it is necessary to improve the quality of the staff, civil servants and public employees in terms of quantity, professional structure, moral qualities and working capacity; build culture in state agencies and build culture in enterprises and entrepreneurs.
