(Baonghean.vn) - In 2014, Nghe An Power Company removed "overhead clutter" and bundled all telecommunication cables on four streets. In 2015, the power sector will coordinate with telecommunication companies to bundle telecommunication cables and beautify urban areas on many other streets.
On the afternoon of March 13th, the Department of Information and Communications, in coordination with the Vinh City People's Committee and Nghe An Power Company, held a meeting with telecommunications, information, and cable television units to report on the situation of upgrading telecommunications cables on power poles in 2014 and the plan for implementation in 2015.

Over the years, in line with the policy of sharing technical infrastructure, Nghe An Power Company has facilitated telecommunications companies in hanging cables on power poles. Currently, all low-voltage power poles in Vinh City have cables belonging to telecommunications companies. While this offers economic advantages and benefits, hanging telecommunications cables on power poles has led to safety issues for the power grid, traffic safety, and urban aesthetics.

In 2014, Nghe An Power Company and telecommunications cable businesses organized the tidying up of cable bundles on four streets: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Dinh Cong Trang, Le Loi, and Mai Hac De. This cable bundling restored the urban landscape of the city and was well received by the people.
