Recently, the Women's Union of Quynh Van commune has actively promoted and mobilized female members to support in cash and contribute working days to build the "Warm Home of Love" fund.

After the campaign results, the Association chose the family of Ms. Hoang Thi Bay, branch 5 to help build a charity house in 2015. Ms. Bay is a single woman raising a small child, her economy only depends on agricultural production, so for many years she and her children have had to live in a severely damaged level 4 house.

With the support of the Commune Women's Union and the help of her relatives, on May 5, 2015, she started building a new house with a tube house design, a mezzanine and a closed toilet. After 4 months of construction, the house was completed and put into use before the rainy season, helping her and her children have a stable place to live.
