The truck with license plate 37C11234 driven by Pham Duc Vinh caught fire. Upon receiving the news, Fire Police Department No. 4 quickly dispatched 2 fire trucks and 1 command vehicle to the scene. After nearly 1 hour of actively fighting the fire, the fire was extinguished at 10:43 am.
