Quynh Luu: Nearly 300 trainees trained in transferring document management and operation software

(Baonghean.vn) - In 3 days (August 6-8, 2017), Quynh Luu District People's Committee coordinated with VNPT Nghe An to organize a training course on transferring document management and operation software VNPT - IOFFICE for nearly 300 trainees who are managers, clerical staff of agencies, units and 33 communes and towns in the area.

In order to effectively implement Resolution 36a/NQ-CP dated October 14, 2015 of the Government on e-Government, Decision No. 3188/QD-UBND dated July 9, 2014 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on approving the Project on building e-Government of Nghe An province. At the same time, improve the effectiveness of information technology application in management and operation from the District People's Committee to the People's Committees of communes, towns and related units, contributing to promoting administrative reform.

During 3 days, from August 6 to 8, 2017, nearly 300 students from agencies, units and localities in Quynh Luu district were introduced to the document management and operation software VNPT - IOFFICE by information technology specialists of VNPT Nghe An with contents including receiving, sending and managing documents.

This is a new software that will be officially put into use from August 16, 2017, replacing the HCM Egov software currently in use. Deploying this software, document management and operations will be connected at 4 levels from commune, district, province, and central level, instead of the current connection of only two levels: commune and district. In addition, using this software, agencies, units, and localities can also connect to related agencies and departments nationwide.

Immediately after the training course, the testing of the new software will be deployed from August 9 to August 15, 2017 and will officially replace HCM Egov software from August 16, 2017.
