Quynh Luu studies and implements Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th Congress).
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 15th, the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee organized a study session to disseminate the Resolution of the 7th Central Committee Meeting of the 11th Party Congress to key officials of departments, agencies, and units in the district.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Bui Dinh Sam – Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department – present the basic contents of Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th Congress), such as: the Resolution on strengthening the Party's leadership innovation in mass mobilization work in the new situation; the Resolution on proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection; the Conclusion on continuing to innovate and improve the political system from the central to local levels; the Conclusion on receiving people's opinions on the draft amendment to the 1992 Constitution; the Conclusion on some issues of reforming salary policies, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious people and reform orientations until 2020...
Through this conference, key officials at all levels, sectors, agencies, and units in the district will gain a firm grasp of the basic contents of the Party's viewpoints and policies, especially those related to the work of each sector, unit, and locality. At the same time, it will improve propaganda work, creating unity of will and action in implementing the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee, contributing to the successful achievement of socio-economic development goals in the locality.
