(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Quynh Luu district directed departments, branches, organizations, and functional forces to take measures to prevent extremist and illegal acts from occurring in the area.

Faced with the situation where a group of people spontaneously united to fight and refute the distorted arguments of some reactionary extremists in the area, there were reckless manifestations, affecting the security and order situation, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district issued Official Dispatch No. 797/UBND and Plan 85/KH-UBND, directing units, departments and branches in the district to "proactively grasp the situation, promptly handle complicated situations, resolutely handle acts of taking advantage of incitement, violating the law, disturbing public order, gathering crowds"; "Have synchronous and effective solutions to promptly prevent and not let crowds gather; clashes; vandalism of public property, houses, places of worship of parishes and religious groups"...

Quynh Luu District People's Committee also directed functional forces to "Stick closely to the area, grasp the security situation of coastal communes; coordinate with district organizations and unions to strengthen advocacy and propaganda work to raise awareness among the people; mobilize people not to boycott, prohibit trading and exchanging goods of parishioners; not to gather in large numbers, cause disturbances that disrupt security, social order and safety in the area".
