Up to now, Quynh Luu has had 7 communes recognized as meeting the new rural standards, being one of the leading districts in the province in building new rural areas. In 2015, 7 communes registered to reach the finish line, of which 2 have been recognized as meeting the new rural standards, the remaining 5 communes strive to achieve 19 new rural criteria in the last 6 months of the year.
