According to the 2013 plan, the "Fund for the Poor" in Quynh Luu district aims to raise over 1.732 billion VND, of which the district fund will reach 895.943 million VND and the funds of communes and towns will reach over 836.1 million VND.
Target groups for fundraising: each official, Party member, employee, salaried worker, and officer and soldier of the armed forces is encouraged to donate at least one day's salary; households in towns are encouraged to donate at least 20,000 VND and in rural areas at least 10,000 VND per household.
