(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of April 21st, at 4 PM, at the Xuan Lien shipyard in Phong Thai village, Tien Thuy commune (Quynh Luu district), while a team of workers was dredging the dock to create a slipway for ships to easily enter and exit, they discovered a bomb.

The bomb was discovered in the river area of ​​Phong Thai village, Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district.

According to the person who discovered the bomb, while a team of workers were excavating mud to create a slipway for Mr. Pham Huu Xuan's shipyard, the excavator struck a hard object.

When the workers inspected the object, they discovered it was an unexploded bomb. The bomb was over 2 meters long and more than 45 centimeters in diameter. The type of bomb has not yet been identified, and the police and local militia have set up a guard post to watch over it while awaiting handling by the relevant authorities.
