Quynh Luu: Launching campaign to clear power grid corridors

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 29, the Youth Union of Quynh Dien commune coordinated with Quynh Luu Electricity Company to organize a campaign to clear the power grid corridor before the storm season.

TNTN forces and Quynh Luu Power Company staff cleared areas causing unsafe power grids.

In order to ensure the safety of life and property of households living in the commune before the storm season, nearly 30 youth union members of Quynh Dien commune together with Quynh Luu Electricity staff mobilized to clear nearly 1.5 km of medium voltage power line 371 E15.5 causing unsafety on roads throughout the commune.

Clearing tree branches and bushes affects the safety of the power grid.

In addition, promoting the spirit of volunteering for community life, the youth union members also mobilized to clear bushes and cut tree branches that affect the safety of the power grid; propagandizing and mobilizing people to raise awareness and responsibility in protecting the national power grid corridor./.
