In order to compete to achieve many achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, right after the launching ceremony of the Youth Month, the Youth Union and the Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans of the district donated 23 bicycles to 23 poor students with especially difficult circumstances, who strive to achieve many achievements in their studies.

Also at the ceremony, the 2015 cross-country race took place. This is a traditional race organized by Quynh Luu district every year to encourage the movement of physical training among young people and students in communes and towns to improve physical health. This year's race had nearly 200 athletes from 33 communes and towns in the district. The athletes competed in 3 events: 2,500m for women under 16 years old, 3,000m for men under 16 years old and women 16 years old and over, 5,000m for men over 16 years old. With the spirit of honest and healthy sportsmanship, the athletes competed fiercely, enthusiastically, enthusiastically and achieved many high results.

At the end of the tournament, the organizing committee awarded 20 individual female prizes and 20 individual male prizes to the 40 best athletes; 4 doubles prizes; 2 male and female team prizes; 3 overall team prizes to 3 units, of which the first overall prize was awarded to the athlete team from Quynh Bang commune, the second prize was awarded to Quynh My commune and the third prize was awarded to the athlete team from Quynh Tan commune.
