During the 2012-2013 school year, the education and training sector of Quynh Luu district successfully met and exceeded the set targets. The percentage of teachers with qualifications above the standard increased rapidly at all three levels, reaching 87.6%, a 5.1% increase compared to the previous school year; the percentage of management staff with qualifications above the standard reached over 97%. The network and scale of all levels and grades of education remained stable.

The overall quality of education has improved, with the number of outstanding students and teachers at all levels continuing to increase and ranking among the top in the province. Specifically, the percentage of outstanding 9th-grade students ranked 3rd in the province, an increase of one position compared to the previous academic year; the 7th-ranked student in the 10th-grade entrance exam, an increase of two positions compared to the previous academic year; the 2nd-ranked student in the online English Olympiad; and the 1st-ranked student in the preschool teaching aids competition...

Furthermore, social movements promoting education and talent development have seen many positive changes. Infrastructure and conditions supporting teaching and learning have received greater attention.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Union awarded certificates of merit to 16 units that met cultural standards, and the Quynh Luu District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 51 schools that achieved the title of advanced labor collective and 266 individuals who achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter.
