Quynh Luu: Visiting and supporting the family of a sailor in distress

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 23, leaders of Quynh Luu district and their delegation visited and presented support money to 9 families of injured sailors in Quynh Long and Quynh Thuan communes.

The delegation visited 8 families of sailors in Minh Thanh, Phu Lien, Dai Tan, Cong Hoa villages of Quynh Long commune and 1 family in hamlet 7, Quynh Thuan commune. These are sailors who were in an accident in November 2013. At the families, leaders of Quynh Luu district kindly asked about and shared the pain and loss with the families of sailors who unfortunately met with an accident at sea. At the same time, they hoped that the relatives of the sailors would try to overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives. On behalf of the Nghe An provincial Red Cross, leaders of Quynh Luu district also gave each family of the sailors 1 million VND. Representatives of the families expressed their gratitude for the attention of the authorities./.
