Quynh Luu: Visiting and supporting families of crew members who were victims of the accident.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 23, the leaders of Quynh Luu district, along with a delegation, visited and provided financial assistance to 9 families of fishermen who were victims of a shipwreck in Quynh Long and Quynh Thuan communes.

The delegation visited eight families of fishermen in Minh Thanh, Phu Lien, Dai Tan, and Cong Hoa villages of Quynh Long commune, and one family in Hamlet 7, Quynh Thuan commune. These were fishermen who were involved in accidents in November 2013. At each family's home, the leaders of Quynh Luu district kindly inquired about their well-being and shared in their grief and loss. They also expressed their hope that the relatives of the deceased fishermen would try to overcome their pain and stabilize their lives as soon as possible. On behalf of the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross, the leaders of Quynh Luu district also presented each family with 1 million VND. Representatives of the families expressed their gratitude for the concern shown by the authorities.
