Quynh Luu: Piloting the model of 'Women's Association 5 no, 3 clean associated with building new rural areas'
(Baonghean.vn) - The Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union has just conducted a survey to deploy the model of "Women's Union of 5 no's, 3 clean's associated with new rural construction" in Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district.
The survey was conducted on August 17-18. The delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union listened to the report on the activities of the Women's Union of Quynh Giang commune in the first 6 months of the year and the implementation of the Campaign to Build a Family of 5 No's and 3 Clean's associated with building new rural areas.

In recent times, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Quynh Giang commune has always focused on propaganda and mobilization work for cadres and members to actively participate in the new rural construction movement.
The Association has linked the construction of new rural areas with the core tasks of the Association's work, especially building the model of "5 no's, 3 clean family", on that basis, strengthening propaganda work, mobilizing members to well implement the 8 criteria of the campaign including: No poverty, no violations of the law and social evils, no domestic violence, no third or more children, no malnourished children and children dropping out of school; clean house, clean kitchen, clean alley.
In order to further promote the role of women and women's organizations in participating in new rural construction, through the implementation of the criteria "5 no, 3 clean", on this occasion, with the attention and direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Provincial Women's Union and Quynh Luu District Women's Union selected village 9 of Quynh Giang commune to pilot the model of "Women's Union 5 no, 3 clean associated with new rural construction".

Before launching the model, the working group conducted a survey at each household to grasp the actual situation and assess the needs of each women's union member. Based on the results of the review, a synthesis and plan for implementing the model was developed.
