Launching the alumni association of Nghe An Provincial National Economics University
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 24, the Liaison Committee of Alumni and Students of the National Economics University of Nghe An province was established and launched.
Attending were Associate Professor Dr. Tran Tho Dat - President of National Economics University, representatives of the school and former students of the school.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission.

At the meeting, representatives of the National Economics University announced and handed over the decision to establish the Liaison Committee (BLL) of Nghe An province's alumni with 62 members. Currently, this is the largest and strongest liaison committee in the National Economics University alumni network nationwide.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Tho Dat - President of the National Economics University thanked the former students and alumni of Nghe An province for their special affection for the school. Associate Professor Dr. Tran Tho Dat hopes that the BLL will operate effectively, always have many initiatives, and support members to develop more strongly.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam congratulated the launch of BLL; at the same time expressed his hope that BLL will properly implement its objectives, promote and contribute to building the homeland further.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dau Van Thanh - Head of the Liaison Committee sincerely thanked the school for its affection for generations of former students of the National Economics University in Nghe An province. He hoped that the activities of the Board of Directors would become more and more practical and effective. The Board of Directors will improve, expand and attract former students in the area to participate for the development and success of the school, the community and society.

BLL was established to realize the goals and operating principles of the National Economics University Alumni Network:“Connect - Share - Cooperate - Succeed”. When in operation, BLL will organize activities in 4 areas: - Firstly, connecting exchanges and annual traditional meetings between alumni and students. - Second, organize sharing activities such as volunteering, visiting retired teachers and school staff in the locality, mobilizing contributions to support former students and students in especially difficult circumstances. - Third, organize cooperative activities. - Fourth, honor individuals and groups that actively and effectively participate in BLL activities. |
