Launching the Que Phong Forest Land Network

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 1, 2013, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hanh Dich commune, Que Phong district, Speri Institute, in coordination with the local government, held a ceremony to launch the Que Phong Forest Land Network.

Attending the ceremony were representatives from the Speri Institute, the commune government, 11 village heads, and forest owners in Hanh Dich commune.



The forest land network is part of the Speri Institute's research project on developing the potential of ethnic minority communities, aiming to raise awareness among forest owners in managing and effectively utilizing land and forest resources in accordance with the law, customs, and cultural identity of ethnic groups, thereby promoting economic development for ethnic minority communities near forests, protecting the ecological environment and biodiversity.
