On the afternoon of April 2, Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital (Nghe An Department of Health), the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Nghe An Provincial Police) held a conference to launch the pilot model "Safety in cyberspace - Steadfast in digital transformation" at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and awarded the Commemorative Medal of the Minister of Public Security.

Attending the conference were: Colonel Le Van Thai - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police; Nguyen Van Thuong - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Health; representatives of Vinh City Party Committee; officers of the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control and Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.

Cybersecurity threats in the healthcare sector are a serious threat because they can alter medical records, change treatment plans, drug dosages... and ultimately affect the patient's life.

To protect healthcare information systems, patient data and ensure safe and sustainable operations,Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospitalhas coordinated with Nghe An Provincial Police to build and deploy a pilot model of "Safety in cyberspace - Steadfast in digital transformation".

Aiming to build the hospital into a bright spot in the digital transformation process, ensuring safety, network security and personal data protection, Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and the Department of Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Nghe An Provincial Police) have developed a plan to coordinate the implementation of the model.

The coordination content includes: Organizing propaganda, installation and use of Signet Application; Promoting propaganda, dissemination and legal education on ensuring network security and preventing and combating high-tech crimes; on knowledge, skills and awareness of compliance with legal regulations in cyberspace.

Develop technology solution applications to serve the coordination, information exchange, hotline to receive, handle, and support the resolution of incidents and violations related to the risk of causing network insecurity; reflect and denounce violations related to the use of high technology; inspect and scan information systems, computer systems, applications, and software used in the professional work of the Hospital to promptly detect and proactively correct loopholes, shortcomings, and deficiencies in the operation and use process.
