Launching self-governing group and veteran club to ensure security and order
(Baonghean.vn) - The Veterans Club with the task of ensuring security and order in Khanh Thanh commune (Yen Thanh) has 213 members, including 50 core members and 49 self-managed groups.
On the morning of April 27, the People's Committee of Khanh Thanh commune (Yen Thanh) coordinated with the Commune Veterans Association to launch the self-management team and Veterans Club with the task of ensuring security and order in the area.

The self-management team and the club have the task of coordinating with the commune police force to regularly patrol and guard to combat and prevent all types of crimes and social evils; proactively participate in organizing reconciliation and promptly resolving conflicts arising among the people; actively mobilize citizens in the area to properly implement the regulations on democracy at the grassroots level; not to allow activities to oppose the Party and the government and sabotage the great national unity bloc...
Along with that, effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements launched by the Party, State, Veterans Association and sectors and levels.
At the ceremony, Nghe An Provincial Police and Yen Thanh District leaders presented 21 gifts to some members of the Khanh Thanh Commune Veterans Association in especially difficult circumstances.
