A cat's tooth was in a person's hand for over a month.

(Baonghean.vn) -After being bitten on the hand by a cat for a month without healing, Mr. Kieu went to Vinh City for an examination and discovered a cat tooth lodged in his finger.

Over a month ago, Mr. Kieu (52 years old) from Thanh Chuong district was bitten on the finger by a cat. He went to local clinics to have the wound bandaged and cleaned, but his finger continued to swell and showed signs of infection.

Doctors at the Vinh Medical University Clinic performed an X-ray and discovered a nearly 2cm long cat tooth lodged in the hand. They then proceeded with surgery to remove the tooth. Without timely surgery, the wound could become infected, causing necrosis and potentially requiring amputation of the finger.
